Learning Facilitator II:

It is sometimes difficult dealing with different types of learner or overcoming resistance to learning in a training or workshop setting. In this course you will learn how to create positive group dynamics, so that learners in your session will stay on board despite diverse forms of resistance. The Method tool kit will be supplemented and strategies for difficult situations trained, so that you can transform negative events into positive learning results.
